Visited this sec 15 outlet today, the ambiance was good and the staff was polite, service was quick and great but however the food was average due to which the prices didn’t seem justified to me . Filter coffee: it tasted like machine pressed coffee but it was okay(I imagined it be authentic filter coffee but it wasn’t) but the coffee used was good quality so will give it 4/5 Thatte Idli: it was good and fresh but the gunpowder was on the sweet side and wasn’t complimenting the ghee on it was a little disappointed so 3/5 The sambar and chutney was decent so 4/5. Fried idli: I thought it would be sliced and namkeen idli how I’ve eaten at other spots or at home but it was deep fried idli it was crunchy and was served with dahi dip which was the best tasting thing on the table 3.5/5 Aam panna: 3/5 tasted artificial

Unhygenic place. Found hair in my food. Informed management they did not bother about it. It seems hyped due to Instagram. Seeing the kind of Prices services are not upto mark.

The food is decent but the staff have unhealthy habits. one of the cooking staff uses these washroom, touched the dustbin and went ahead to the kitchen without washing hands

This used to be my go-to spot in Noida, so I had high expectations from their Gurgaon outlet — unfortunately, it was a letdown. The masala in the Masala Dosa had an unpleasant smell, and the potatoes tasted sour, almost as if they were boiled days ago. I had to return the dish and leave without eating. A very disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this outlet.

The food quality was poor, the taste wasn’t good, and it definitely didn’t feel worth the money. The slow service only added to the disappointment.
