Absolutely pathetic experience with Dough and Cream Cake Shop. Ordered a 2 kg customised cake for my baby shower and not a single person bothered to inform me that it was ready. No call, no message—nothing. They just kept the cake sitting there. Even the next day, zero follow-up. When I went to the shop and questioned them, the staff had no answer—just blank faces. This is pure negligence and completely unprofessional. Never visiting again. Would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

i have been waiting for the past 30 min and yet my order is not here. even though this is a well known place and staff coordination is horrible since it's taking them so much time. how do they expect me to come back to their shop if I am not treated well. I do understand that there might be some problem and they take a little more time, but not more than 30 min. I am at a restaurant and I wish to be served asap. I hope next time ,if I ever come, me and the others are served ASAP.

bought 1 kg fruit cake , the cream was sour , fruits on cake were old and taste was horrible
