Extremely disappointing experience. I had planned a birthday party for my friends here and honestly, the staff completely ruined the vibe. Our booking was for 7:45 PM, but we were getting slightly late, so we called and requested if it could be pushed by 30 minutes. I completely understand that availability issues can happen, but the way the staff spoke on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of explaining politely, they literally said “abhi kuch nahi bata sakte, tab hi batayenge” in a very arrogant tone. When I reached around 8:30, we were given an outside table. I politely requested the person managing the seating if an inside table was possible. His response was shockingly rude — “table mil gayi na, wahi badi baat hai, aap andar maang rahe ho.” Seriously? Is this how customers are treated? Then they suddenly said kids cannot sit outside and were refusing to give a table inside. If that was the policy, why was this not informed at the time of booking? We were a group of 12 people and instead of helping with a solution, the staff kept arguing and behaving like they were doing us a favor by allowing us in. At the last moment, where was I supposed to take 12 people for a birthday celebration? To make things worse: * They refused to even play a simple birthday song. * When we requested the DJ to play 1-2 Punjabi songs, they rudely said they would only play their own playlist. * Every single interaction felt hostile and arrogant. The staff behavior specially the person sitting outside at the counter was so rude that it completely spoiled the celebration. Would definitely not recommend this place for birthdays, family outings, or group celebrations.

Extremely disappointing experience. We hosted my brother’s birthday celebration here for a group of 12, but the staff completely spoiled the occasion. Our reservation was for 7:45 PM, and when we called to request a 30-minute delay, the staff responded rudely and dismissively instead of explaining the situation politely. When we arrived around 8:15 PM, we were given an outdoor table , since we had a child with us. They informed at the last momemt that kids are not allowed outside. When asking why didn’t the inform earlier, they said you didnt ask. Who asks such a question? If you have such weird rules this is something that the restaurant informs in advance. Instead of helping, the rudely responsed you can go elsewhere To make matters worse: • They refused to play a simple birthday song for a min. • Most interactions with the staff felt hostile and unwelcoming. The main incharge and the turban man sitting on the reception was badly rude. Never plan a party there.

Food and drinks were okayish. Service left a lot to be desired. The DJ was incompetent and rude.The Manager was inefficient. Will not recommend.
