The music was not satisfactory as DJ seemed new to the work. The music system was getting stucked sometimes. however the live singing segment was awesome. but after that got totally disappointed with the DJ and music.

I’ve been a regular at Downtown for many months and have always found the crowd to be decent. However, the last time I visited with a friend’s family, an incident happened that completely changed my perception of the place. A so-called “man” passed a derogatory comment on me for smoking in the smoking zone, simply because he assumed that I didn’t care about his child being present there. He became aggressive right from the beginning. When I tried to calmly explain that the smoke wasn’t even going towards their table, he responded with an extremely inappropriate and below-the-belt comment. When I tried to stand up for myself, the manager—whose name I unfortunately don’t know, but he is bald—came out of nowhere and, without even knowing the entire situation, threatened us by saying, “If this happens again, it will not be good for all of you.” What was even more disappointing was that even after we explained exactly what had happened, instead of understanding the situation
