The ambience is quite striking and distinct from regular bar or restaurant. The food was served little cold otherwise top notch taste of everything we’ve ordered there:) I would like to appreciate the hospitality of the restaurant

We had the non-veg mezze platter, the chicken 'hawker' noodles and the sole fish in lemon garlic sauce. All the items were on point. The portion sizes were also quite generous. Overall, excellent value for money.

I went to the south point mall for a football screening. Firstly after some time even when before the match started they denied to give regular water bottle mentioning that RO broke down whereas some tables they did provide regular water bottles. By the time event started they started only serving bottled water to consume the cover charge as well. Secondly screening was hyped and when you asked for reservation then they mentioned cover charges 2k on call and when you go un person before the event they change cover charge to 3k per person I agree these are times to make money but i guess not with basic water and all.

I’ve been a regular at Downtown Sector 29 for years, so I had high expectations from their South Point Mall outlet. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The food tasted stale, the beer was below average, and the cocktails were so watered down that they barely had any flavor. On top of that, the service was painfully slow despite the place not being very busy. The biggest letdown was the washroom hygiene—it was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Overall, this outlet is nowhere close to the quality of the Sector 29 branch. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

Even though I've been going to Downtown Since Jun-2012. It was a bad experience 1. No server for 20+ mins 2. No complimentary items like Peanuts given even after 4 requests 3. Smoke Rooms full of trash and Too small for even 6 people 4. Unprofessional Restaurant Manager 5. Too low light to read the menu 6. Unprofessional Servers 7. Miscommunication with Entry staff 8. Beer Mug was given 82% Both times 9. Too burnt Potato wedges
