The food is good, in fact really good for the price and most dishes don't disappoint (except a few) Rest of everything about this place is bad. 1. you have to order in counter and give coupon 2. it is a self service 3. The cooking and counter delivery staff are not trained or professional. 4. food will take extremely long to time to serve 5. Many a times the counter people will forget to give half of your order and after several followup and screaming you get the remaining. Moral of the story: if you are going for good taste, go ahead. but if you want a good dining experience where food is served well, you enjoy with your friends and family then don't go. One of you will not enjoy food and just be managing to get orders or screaming for not getting order for half n hour. there are better places than this like Carnatic cafe etc which play in similar price range and have much better management and taste.

slow service, ac was not working and there were no fans also installed. Tables are cramped so much that you can't even move.

Went here for the third time with our toddler for a quick coffee and bun maska, which had been our favorite from our previous visits. Unfortunately, this visit turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. There was no information at the entrance about any waiting system. We entered, found an empty table, and sat down while my husband went to place the order. A staff member then came and told us we couldn’t sit there due to a waiting period. While we understand waiting policies, this should have been communicated at the entrance, not after customers are already seated. What followed was extremely disappointing. The staff member was rude and argumentative, and despite us already having our food (which was paid for), it was taken away from us and the order was cancelled. This behavior felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering we were with a toddler and only intended to stay for a few minutes. This was not about the waiting time, but about how poorly the situation was handled. Would not recommend based on this experience. thus is really really shameful and against human rights

Absolutely Unacceptable and Humiliating Experience! Avoid with Family. ​I had the worst experience at this place today. I visited with my family and we were comfortably seated at a table. We even placed our order, and not a single staff member informed us about any booking or waiting issues at that time. ​Shockingly, after 10 minutes, a staff member walked up to us and rudely asked us to stand up and go outside just because they wanted to give our table to someone else, citing "waiting." This is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright insulting, especially when you are visiting with family. ​Their staff has absolutely no manners or etiquette on how to treat customers. If there was a waiting list, they should have told us before seating us and taking our order, not kick us out after 10 minutes. Utterly pathetic service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Save your self-respect and avoid this joint!

This is the review before the food arrived on a Tuesday evening, so we were told the wait time is 30 mins and we went to grab something to eat and just after 5 mins they called to come. when we came they told to wait inside and give your order as it was prepaid. Now the pain was to order at once and it was self service in a dine dine restaurant. also the space is crunched, and our table of 2 was like literally 5 cm away from us..which meant no privacy..

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional and the place is under staffed. Further the food is disgusting. They give themselves a South Indian name and can’t even make a basic dosa properly. Pathetic ambience over crowded and even more pathetic food. Had a disgusting visit. Will never recommend.

I didnt even dine there, went to the counter for asking abt the table available, heart the counter guy abusing one of the customer’s at his back, pathetic staff. Please do not waste time, better to dine in Dasaprakash and Naivedyam
