The food is good but it has been hyped too much on Instagram. The service is pathetic. There is a long wait time. Also it has self service but too chaotic due to extreme crowd.

Too much chaos with orders, orders are not delivered in queue. There should be a better way to provide orders at the table instead of keeping it self service.

This places, for a third time in row, has successfully disappointed me. The first visit had me vomiting after returning home. The second visit was ruined with failed AC in the restaurant and a misread order. Third time was a classic case of “everything gone wrong”. 1. The order counter guy was ignorant about other people jumping in and cutting the queue, 2. The kitchen forgot my order all together, the second time I placed an order they couldn’t even read the items on the slip. I had to read it to them TWICE! 3. And lastly… a dead fly under my idli. At least now I know why I vomited and returned home with an upset stomach the first time. And imagine if this is what they’re serving in dine in order then what a horror they might be delivering at home. Also not to mention, their chutney always smells like frozen food. In the end all they were offering me is a “complimentary meal” like I’ll willingly put another dead bug in my gut just it’d be free of cost!!! I returned my entire leftover meal to the counter and left. They didn’t even have the decency to return me the money they shamelessly charged for such disappointment of a meal.

Went here for the third time with our toddler for a quick coffee and bun maska, which had been our favorite from our previous visits. Unfortunately, this visit turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. There was no information at the entrance about any waiting system. We entered, found an empty table, and sat down while my husband went to place the order. A staff member then came and told us we couldn’t sit there due to a waiting period. While we understand waiting policies, this should have been communicated at the entrance, not after customers are already seated. What followed was extremely disappointing. The staff member was rude and argumentative, and despite us already having our food (which was paid for), it was taken away from us and the order was cancelled. This behavior felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering we were with a toddler and only intended to stay for a few minutes. This was not about the waiting time, but about how poorly the situation was handled. Would not recommend based on this experience. thus is really really shameful and against human rights

Pathetic people with zero professionalism. Confirmed on Saturday for a 9 AM Sunday breakfast with family, however was not open even at 9:40 AM, giving lame excuse like staff worked late so didn’t turn on time in Sunday. Had to drop our breakfast plan and go to Haldiram which was much more professional. Not recommended due to bad behaviour and long wait time.

I didnt even dine there, went to the counter for asking abt the table available, heart the counter guy abusing one of the customer’s at his back, pathetic staff. Please do not waste time, better to dine in Dasaprakash and Naivedyam
