uhm the staffs were nice but the ambience wasn't organised like these were no proper seating in the rooftop area it took 30 mins to arrange it then the entrance wasn't even clean. It need proper care and cleaning to be beautiful again.

I love to rate them lesser than 1rating…. Worst food experience only ambience is nice but food is pathetic… chilli potato is not properly cooked and when they served me the pizza i was asking for the ketchup but the waitress didn’t want to listen because I called her 3-4 times justo to order the food and soft-drinks but when i asked her for the ketchup she ignored me… never ever visit this place because the food is seriously pathetic… and the main thing you have to wait for 30-40 minutes just to recieve the mojitos which is i guess the comes under the prepared drink but still they take alot of time to serve your food on time… bcoz pizza took around 30-40 minutes… and they served me soft drink earlier and after 10-15 minutes chilly potato was served…. Pathetic service and pathetic food

ordered their pizza, the base was so hard that it hurt teeths to bite and also it is slightly burnt. the same was brought in knowledge of the waitress but she didn't respond. later while we asked to attend the time of billing to either exclude or change the amount charged for pizza they denied the claim by saying that we didn't inform them. very bad experience in front of partner. will not revisit.

Food quality is degrading, day-by-day. Ordered Drums of Heaven, and it was the worst I have ever eaten. Raw smell, unevenly cooked. Overall Rubbish. Dream Catchers is no more what it used to be.

It was a very bad experience, half of the menu wasn't available when I tried to order items, the staff kept nodding No for almost every item I wanted to eat.

Not good service at all. Coffee was room temperature. Honey Chilli Potato was literally boiled and very soggy, we had to return it.

This outlet is highly overhyped. The food was pathetic—smelly, soggy, and tasted like it was old or expired.

The food was totally tasteless. We ordered pizza and pasta and both were not good. Only the ambience was good.

Their service was soooo bad. And they have very loud music and lots of mosquito. Would never visit again
