Zoya is a lovely hostess. Always greets you with a smile. Desserts are pretty good. Ambience is very nice. Value for money too.

Got an upset stomach after having their cheesecake. Further the images on their menu was very misleading- they show that they serve ice-creams with waffles but when asked for it, they clarified that waffles will come without ice-creams. Price range is okay but I’m really not sure about the quality of food they serve.

I went to Drizzle and Dust to get some winter sunshine: My experience: 1. For a tenth time, I fail to understand how their croissant is cooked before serving, not reheated.. that’s because when a barista kills flaky layers of a croissant by putting it inside a microwave, the kill stays hit. But to my sheer surprise, this time I found a regular culprit here, who even came to defend her colleague for the mistake that she’s been making for three years in a row, but one from which she learnt nothing.. Let’s admit, she never liked that I shouted back at their restaurant in 2022 when they failed to cancel the order I had placed by mistake, on Zomato, to which this woman had even agreed to first cancel when I had phoned back but later the baguette was found thrown at my door by the Zomato delivery agent who’s entry wasn’t even approved by me but he was so adamant to give me a cancelled order that he lied to the security guard and breached the security at two checkpoints in process. That’s just the beginning; they carried an offer for morning croissant and coffee at 149 but I later found that this lady would reject the order even if I came 5 minutes before, lying to the customer on their face. Another instance is when I complained that I had three meals in a row (from three different restaurants) but I don’t know where some food poisoning crept in from, she took it as an allegation I made to her but I hadn’t, she even raised the argument three more times in subsequent visits.. I don’t frequent their cafe but her behaviour bothers me because three is always a deliberate attempt to behave differently with other customers. If in my entire life, I might have had twenty bad trips to restaurants put together, fifteen belongs to one CHAMPION. Spit-worthy. I have no clue why I doubted my own behaviour all this while, I am not going to do that anymore.. SHAME!

Fungus ridden rotten food being served. On complaining, server Zoya refuses to acknowledge the issue. Instead says the product doesn't look from our store. Pathetic condition of food items. Definitely avoidable.

Refused District Payment for Beverages stating it's already discounted. The same wasn't informed priorly. Moreover the the Beverages weren't good as they were discounted (probably). Puff was good.
