Opulent yet calm, dining here feels like stepping into a royal court’s private feast, with melt-in-the-mouth kakori kebabs, the fragrant Dum Pukht biryani, and baghare baingan.
For 41 years, legendary chef Imtiaz Qureshi (1931–2024) spotlighted the slow cooking traditions of Awadh, turning Dum Pukht into a national icon.

Fine dining but really delicious instead of pretentious. Every dish was made with intention. Even as a non vegetarian, I absolutely loved the gucchi pulao. Special mention to Surendra for his service and hospitality.

Food was ordinary, charge was exorbitant, service was good, ambience felt very outdated & old, live instrumental music was a fresh breath but was loud, we had to raise voice above normal level to converse

The food was very good . Specially the dal makhani was the best but the family naan was the worst it was extremely dry and tasted tasteless. Service was out of the world amazing.

the experience was let down by the staff's rigid attitude. Despite several larger tables being vacant, our request to combine tables was denied.

Day before Yesterday I went to this restaurant, after waiting for about 40 mins we were able to get in. The ambience & hospitality was really nice. But the food was soo overhyped over there not at all worth it. we tried Raan-E-Dum Pukht, Murgh Khushk Purdah, Murgh Bemisal(which was not at all Bemidal) out of which only Murgh Khushk Purdah was a bit fine. food :4/10 ambience: 7/10 presentation: 8/10 Don't let yourself fooled by the fancy & royal names. The total bill came around to be near 9k. the only thing I loved was the complementary cake that was provided. I won't recommend anyone going there as we have plenty amazing options in Delhi. God knows why it's on top 32 on the list of best restaurants.

If you want to eat boiled rice with boiled mutton chunks in the name of biryani, this is your go to place. I would say the food is not over hyped rather the food is below average in taste. Never going again. There are amazing restaurants in the city and this one doesn’t even count.

terrible service. average food. we waited 20 minutes for our check and fingerbowls. constantly had to look for servers who were inattentive. it was a birthday celebration and we left more irritated than happy.
