Terrible Experience – Extremely Poor Management and Service On 2nd August 2026, at around 1:15 AM, my two friends and I arrived at Ebowla. We had to wait 25 minutes in line just to get our wristbands. We paid ₹3,000 in cash and were informed that ₹2,500 of it could be used for food and drinks inside. After making the payment, we received our wristbands and entered the venue. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a very disappointing experience. Once inside, we were constantly moved from one table to another—around 10 different tables—without any proper coordination. Despite waiting for nearly 40 minutes, no one came to take our order. The worst part happened while we were leaving. We were informed that there was no record of our entry, and our names and mobile numbers were missing from their system. Due to the staff's negligence, we were forced to wait for another 40 minutes while they checked the CCTV footage to verify that we had actually paid in cash before they would allow us to leave. The staff member who collected our payment had failed to record our entry properly. This mistake was entirely on the restaurant's side, yet we were the ones who had to suffer the consequences. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became rude and even said, "Call the bouncers," despite the fact that all three of us were completely sober and fully cooperative throughout the ordeal. She never apologized for her mistake or took responsibility for the inconvenience caused. This entire incident took place at 4:00 AM, and we had a 6:00 AM flight to catch. Had the CCTV verification taken any longer, we could have missed our flight because of the restaurant's poor management and careless staff. Overall, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences we've had. The service was disorganized, the staff was unprofessional, and the management failed to handle a situation that was entirely their own mistake. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Absolutely terrible experience at Ebola Expressway for the football World Cup screening. We went there expecting a proper match-viewing experience, but the entire arrangement was extremely disappointing. The moment the match started, the electricity went out—and there was no backup power and absolutely no proper arrangement. As a result, we missed almost 15 minutes of the match, which is completely unacceptable when people have specifically paid to watch a live World Cup game. There was even a bear dance happening. Did we really go all the way to watch such pointless and low-standard entertainment? The entire experience felt extremely cheap and disappointing. For a World Cup screening, we expected a decent, well-organised event—not such random and low-quality performances. The food was equally disappointing and honestly horrible. Overall, the experience was badly managed from start to finish. For a World Cup screening, basic things like uninterrupted electricity, backup arrangements and decent food should be the bare minimum. A complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

I visited that place 1st time only via seeing reels, I was very curious especially for the vibe but that was totally disappointing. They charges 2000 for couple entry that is okay for us but when we move inside they said go anywhere at upper floor side to search out , they didn’t supported us and helped for even seat, we roam here and there for complete 35 mins . After taking a seat we were again disappointed becoz there was no fan . Still We sat there just to explore the vibe , that was pretty good after 12am nyt the performance of dancers but after 2 hr when we planned to left the place and said for bill they charges more than their scanned menu amount and even they charged 500 for service. After a lot or long debate they called their bouncer and said u have to pay, otherwise you are not allowed to go outside we paid 400 then they settled. Really a worst experience, bad staff and bad service Never ever allow anyone and recommend anyone

I don’t usually write reviews, but Ebowla BYOB was so bad I felt obligated to warn others. The "sitting area" is a complete joke—it felt more like a construction site than a place to hang out. The Issues: • Infrastructure: The floor is literally broken. It’s a tripping hazard and looks like it hasn’t been maintained in years. • Hygiene: The place is covered in a thick layer of dust. It’s clear they don't believe in cleaning their furniture or floors. • Comfort: There are no fans and the lighting is so dim you can barely see what you're eating or drinking. • Pests: We were eaten alive by mosquitoes. Between the heat and the bugs, it was impossible to stay for more than twenty minutes. Verdict: Save your money and your health. This place is neglected, filthy, and lacks even the basic amenities like a working fan. Avoid at all costs.

Worst food, staff not cooperative, They ain’t allowed you pay via district or someother app if u asked them to remove services charges. Worst experience.
