The food and service were absolutely spot on, and Dev was extremely courteous and took very good care of us throughout the meal. I do, however, have one small piece of feedback which I’m sharing purely out of concern, and I’m sure the Westin management will look into it. We had ordered a hot stone bowl, and as everyone knows, these bowls are served at a very high temperature. I noticed that the wooden underlay beneath the stone bowl was quite small compared to the size of the bowl itself, which made it visibly uncomfortable and unsafe for the servers to carry and serve. When I saw the discomfort, I asked the server to leave the bowl on the table and we decided to serve ourselves. By then, I realised that he had actually burnt his palm while handling it. My concern is not only for the safety of the staff, but also for guests. At the end of the day, the serving team is human, and if the heat becomes unbearable while carrying such a bowl, there is always a risk of it being dropped accidentally. This is really just a suggestion from a safety point of view — perhaps a larger or better-insulated wooden base could make serving these hot stone bowls much safer and more comfortable for everyone. Apart from this, we had a very good experience and really appreciated the hospitality. I’m adding a picture of the hot stone bowl for reference.

The food was amazing , taste was so perfect , cuts to the seafood , the vegetables, evrything was so fresh , we choose the teppanyaki grill live so everything was prepared right infront of us . Chef Sonoran was just good n served us ice cream with jaggery on the house from his side , we had a special cake arranged for us , was so yum , loved every bit of ur dining experience last night , couldn’t have Ben better . Goodluck guys !!

Great food, good ambience and good service. I remember a waiter named Robin - great name. They gave us a birthday cake for my dad graciously and complimentary tea. Highly recommend. Try the Water Cheese Chestnut Dimsums, the Udon Noodles, Prawn Har Gao Dimsums. Excellent.

We have come here for my birthday. The ambience , food and cocktail drinks have been awesome. Highly recommend trying West in East and Butterfly Pea Cocktails white run n gin based cocktails .
