Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a place that claims to offer a premium dining experience. Despite the restaurant not being busy, there was absolutely no attention given to our table. No one even bothered to serve water—just two empty glasses were placed and left there. It took nearly 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were seated, and only then were we handed the menu. After that, we waited another 15 minutes before someone finally came to take our order. Once the order was placed, the food arrived in about 20 minutes, but the quality was just as disappointing. The naan was undercooked, and the paneer lababdar tasted more like butter paneer masala—completely missing the mark. Overall, a very frustrating and underwhelming experience.

The table was dirty, even though they had just wiped it down for us, it still had several marks and we had to ask again for another wipe down. A simple coffee & snacks order took 45 mins to be completed. Very slow service.

Visited Embassy Restaurant with 2 of my friends for dinner recently. The total bill came to ₹4701, which honestly would not have been an issue if the experience matched the pricing. We specifically ordered their “must try” dishes and also followed the staff recommendations, but the food turned out to be extremely bland and tasteless. Nothing really stood out, and the overall dining experience felt quite disappointing considering the hype and pricing. What made it worse was the beverage pricing. We were charged ₹299.75 for a single regular Coke can, total ₹599.50 for two cans. They didn’t even serve it properly: no ice cubes, no pouring, nothing. Just handed over regular cans at an absurd markup. Overall, the place felt overpriced for the quality and experience offered.

Very Unpleasant and unfortunate Incident. I went to The Embassy yesterday night with my wife. I ordered veg lasagna and they served us the non veg lasagna. Staff accepted the same mistake but they offered to have a dinner at from their end. but it was not possible for me to have a dinner back at the same place where such an unpleasant Incident happened. Gobind Ballabh was the manager and he wasn't too much cooperative to manage the situation which leads us to take legal action against the restaurant. Being at a such a good place, we can't accept these kinds of mistake. So, I had the food without even validating the content inside it. Being a pure veg person, I have been served with non veg food which impacted my religious sentiments too.
