I visited to empress of china it was my mothers birthday and i want it to be the most special birthday ever. I requested the staff to do some decoration on my table even though restaurant was so full they did the decorations and arranged candel lights for us which was looking so so amazing... when i reached there i found the best ambience and staff . The staff were so polite they wish my mother... Sonali took care of us while we were having the dinner .... Mr. Anil was also so friendly and taking care of every single thing .it was the best dinner ever had and my mother thoroughly enjoyed her birthday.

I visited empress of china few days back and it was really a nice experience for me as visiting a chinese themed restraunt for first time with my friends . The hostess miss Sonali welcomed us with a great hospitality reflecting in her profession . The staff was really nice and friendly . Mr Sunil also helped us while ordering the food. And i really recommend the kung pao chicken made by the chef . It was too delicious to have something authentic .

The food is too delicious. I went for a candle light dinner, Sonali helped me in arranging the things on time that made my day with wife wonderful. I tried Prawns which was too delicious. Anil Kumar, Varun were very kind in nature and helped me with the menu and getting the things just right in time. Chef Rishi Raj made a delicious food. I really enjoyed my dinner. Thank you team.

Few days back i visited empress of china . The ambience was so good and the staff is also so polite they provide us the best service . And food was so delicious. Special thanks to the hostess sonali u were very polite throughout the time . And also mr. Anil kumar explain the menu thanku for that . And varun and sunil thanku for the service . We will visit again for sure .

Our chef today was Chef Rishi Raj. Made excellent Kung pao chicken, vegetarian manchurian for us today. Just the perfect level of spices.

went for family dinner. the ambience is ok .good thing is place is quite for an outing. tried only vegetarian options. soups and spring roll starter was good. however main dish..pan fried noodles and vegetables and fried rice were not good at all. the taste is nothing great or authentic or different. the waiters can be more forthcoming about variety and tastes . the warning to all is take mineral water only if u really need it. because it costs 600rs per bottle !! and they won't tell you beforehand. that turned out to be my most expensive dish ! all in all not a very good outing considering place and price.

We arrived for our dinner reservation 10 mins ahead of time and were asked to wait for 15mins while the table was being prepared. The server asked us to wait in the hotel lobby and that he'd call us once the table was ready. More than 35 minutes passed and we recieved no call. We returned to the restaurant and the manager informed us it would be another 15-20 mins longer until our table would be ready. More than 40 minutes after our original booking time. The manager blamed the online portal for making reservations rather than taking accountability for the fact that the restaurant was allowing reservations to be made despite there being no availability. He insisted that the table would be ready in 10 mins but even another 30 minutes after that we were left without a table. Never have I seen such a case where restaurants are taking bookings that they cannot honour for over 50 minutes after the booking time. Especially not from an establishment that's considered fine dining... Utterly disappointing.
