we had a holi party last night with friends the food was awesome. The staff was friendly. I will definitely go there next time. The charges are also not too Expensive pizza pasta was too yummy .

⭐ **1/5 – Very Disappointing & Disrespectful Experience at Epic Restro and Bar** I visited this place yesterday with two couples to celebrate and enjoy Valentine’s Day. We booked through Zomato and spent around ₹4,000–₹5,000, expecting a good atmosphere and respectful service. While enjoying ourselves, I popped a few balloons that were already near my hand. It was done casually for fun, and I did not damage anything or misbehave. Anyone can check their CCTV footage to confirm that I did nothing wrong. After some time, the manager came to our table in a very rude and disrespectful manner and asked us to pay and leave, saying our time was over. The way he spoke was embarrassing and unprofessional, especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. Although I paid the full amount and left quietly, I felt insulted. One staff member was friendly, but the manager’s behavior completely ruined our experience. This is not how customers should be treated after spending so much money. A small act of fun was turned into a big issue unnecessarily. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better restaurants with polite staff and better customer service. Very disappointing.

⭐ **Misleading Discount & Rude Manager at Epic Restro and Bar** We booked through Zomato for two couples, where a **20% discount** was clearly mentioned. At the restaurant, the **manager** told us not to pay via Zomato and promised to give us a **better discount directly**. Trusting him, we agreed. But in the end, **no proper discount was given**, and I was charged **₹4,125**, almost full amount. I don’t think any real discount was applied. On top of this, the **manager was very rude and disrespectful**. He came to our table in an embarrassing and unprofessional manner and asked us to pay and leave, saying our time was over. The way he spoke was unacceptable, especially on a special occasion. Giving false discount promises and treating customers badly is not right. This experience felt misleading and insulting. I will not recommend this place. Please be careful and don’t trust their discount claims. Very disappointing.

Worst experience on food quality and service. In the Non veg platter one of the items was stale and while raising the issue the manager came in defending the issue and proving us wrong. Management is only focused on making money, Service charges were taken forcibly even though it was the worst service. The manager has no sense to talk. It's true that as per the name my experience was truly Epic😇. Never visit them with family.

Unacceptable experience. A service charge was added without consent (not legally mandatory), and when we asked to remove it, the staff behaved rudely and misleadingly instead of resolving it professionally. Very unprofessional service — not recommended. ❌

Pathetic, food is poor quality, staff is rude to solo travellers, lot of over charges and they match the bill as per the discount offered.
