The service is pathetic. The food is good, the mithai is very good but the dine in experience is an absolute no. Nobody is bothered to serve you.

⭐ Extremely disappointing and embarrassing experience. Ordered 1 kg Kaju Katli on 15th August for Teej to gift to my relatives, trusting Evergreen’s reputation. After around 10 days, my relatives told me the entire box had developed yeast and mould. Imagine the embarrassment of gifting spoiled sweets to your family on a special occasion. The sweets were expensive, yet the quality control and customer response were extremely poor and unapologetic. Staff behaviour was also rude. This isn’t my first bad experience with Evergreen—I had a bad-smelling cake from them around 2 years ago too, which I ignored at the time. Very disappointing to see such poor quality from a long-established brand. Please improve your freshness, hygiene, quality control and customer service. I personally won’t be ordering from Evergreen again.

highly disappointed with the delivery services, the delivery man will always talk rudely or will ask to make cash payment and if you don't make cash payment, they threaten to not deliver your food

I ordered lachha paratha on zomato from this place. But they served Bhaturas, which I was not able to eat due to health concerns and replacement was not offered either. Pathetic service!

Very disappointed. Always find hair in food and on top of that the servers are adamant about cancelling the order. Wont come back ever again.
