i earlier left a one star rating after leaving cafe but manager specially ringed me up and felt really apologetic about the food that was offered to me and offered me food on the house for the next visit not that i can go their since i live in noida but just by knowing that they really wanna rectify the issue made me change it to 3

I have had excellent experiences multiple times at Farzi Cafe Cyber hub, but this one was a total let down. Went there for a Saturday lunch, the place was almost empty. The AC was running full blast and we had to struggle to find a comfortable seating in an empty restaurant. I asked the server if he could turn down the fan speed, the answer was a straight NO, as cold as the AC. We ordered drinks and starters- arancini and tandoori chaap. Both arrived cold and tasted very average. We had to ask for the missing plate and cutlery on the table. By this time, the AC made us so uncomfortable that we decided to go to another place for mains. The server never cared to check on meals, we had to constantly look around to get some attention so that we can ask for the bill. Finally, after few minutes a staff member who was starting his shift saw us. Our table wasn't cleared, we paid and left with a total dissappointed experience.

Food was good but the table was very uncomfortable for 3 and even i prebooked…then aslo i was waiting for the table for 10-15 mins
