Drinks are not having good alcohol and it is not available on price offered. I was told if you want a good alcohol price will be more. What is the point of menu in that case.

Very disappointing experience at Farzi Cafe, Connaught Place Visited Farzi Cafe today around 3 PM with a few friends. I had seen a lot of positive reviews and a YouTuber recommending the place, so my expectations were high. Unfortunately, the experience was nowhere close. * Ambience: Very small and extremely crowded outlet. I can overlook that for a popular place, but at these prices, I expect the overall experience to justify it. * Staff: Probably the biggest disappointment. We were figuring out the menu and it took us around 15 minutes to order. During that time, 3-4 different staff members repeatedly came asking, “Sir, did you order?” It felt more like pressure to order quickly than genuine customer service. * Menu: Only a QR menu was provided. A physical menu should be available as an option, especially when the digital menu isn’t particularly easy to navigate. * Food: We ordered Butter Chicken Kulcha, Chilli Cheese Jalebi, Madras Railway Curry and Amritsari Kukkad Masala. * Butter Chicken Kulcha: The best dish we had. Good, but not extraordinary for the price. * Chilli Cheese Jalebi: Extremely disappointing, especially considering how heavily it’s hyped online. * Madras Railway Curry: The first portion had a stale/rotten smell. Staff did replace it after we complained, which I appreciate, but the rice and overall combination still didn’t work for us. * Amritsari Kukkad Masala: Decent, but again, nothing exceptional for the price. * Basic service: When our plates were taken away to replace the curry, we still had the other main course on the table. Nobody offered fresh plates. We had to ask for them ourselves. These are basic things I expect from a premium restaurant. * Rating request: During payment, a staff member asked us to give them a 5-star rating on District and add his name to the review. After the experience we had just had, this felt quite inappropriate. Five-star ratings should be earned, not requested. I’m completely okay with paying premium prices, but when I do, I expect premium food, service, ambience and hospitality. Unfortunately, Farzi Cafe didn’t deliver on those fronts. Good Butter Chicken Kulcha, decent Amritsari Kukkad Masala, but overall a very underwhelming experience. I wouldn’t return at these prices.

I went to this cafe today at 1:30 Pm for my team lunch. But the experience was too worst. Waste of money. Less quantity as per amount. No taste. They are Just looting the customer. The staff Vikram try to solve and better our experience but I will not recommend anyone. Intact I am rating it one star as well due to Vikram’s nature. As a name Farzi cafe the menu, taste and rates are also Farzi…… No cleanliness of water glasses and plates. No tissues was there on our table I have to asked the staff for everything…… 👎👎

Had the worst dining experience. The restaurant really tested our patience. We had pre-booked the venue for a corporate party, but the food preparation and service took much longer than expected. There was also a lack of basic cutlery, and the staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the experience. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected.

The food was very average, the quantity was misleading and very less, the LIIT had no alcohol content, literally the police checked and the meter showed no trace of it. So I guess you should not waste your time and money here
