Generally good. Food quality was great, portions could've been bigger, service was a bit slow/inattentive but the servers were good and helpful. can do better.

I had a very disappointing experience at Farzi Café, Cyber City, Gurugram, on 5thOctober 2026. We went there for my birthday dinner with my family and ordered several dishes, including noodles, both veg and non-veg momos, Ghewar Chaat, a jalebi/peri-peri dish, mutton, paneer, and a few other items. Unfortunately, the food was served cold, and none of us enjoyed it. My grandmother, my mother, and the rest of my family were all disappointed with the taste and overall quality of the food. It was especially upsetting because this was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. We genuinely felt that we had wasted our money. Considering the price and reputation of the restaurant, we expected a much better dining experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Farzi Café, Cyber City, Gurugram. For us, it was simply not worth the money.

I went to this cafe today at 1:30 Pm for my team lunch. But the experience was too worst. Waste of money. Less quantity as per amount. No taste. They are Just looting the customer. The staff Vikram try to solve and better our experience but I will not recommend anyone. Intact I am rating it one star as well due to Vikram’s nature. As a name Farzi cafe the menu, taste and rates are also Farzi…… No cleanliness of water glasses and plates. No tissues was there on our table I have to asked the staff for everything…… 👎👎

Serving staff was least bothered and also the quality of food has been deteriorated. In most of the tables (including ours) there was no serviette & we have to ask for tissue papers as well. Had shared the feedback with the manager as well. It was my son’s birthday and I was with my family. Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The food was really bad, and I honestly didn’t enjoy it at all. The taste and overall quality were not up to the mark. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Staff was nice and service was good however food was pathetic , we ordered bagicha pizza , veg momos and cold coffee but nothing was good .. seriously disappointed
