Really big portion and fulfilling pizza Recommend it 100% Must try and thank me later. I took personally a veg one but non veg ones are really juicy and good too. Have ordered 4-5 times now❤️

Recently had pizza from Fat lulu, located in food court of select city mall. We chose the Queens pizza, the taste was quite average, the basil that was put was having holes and looked bad, we removed the greens before having the pizza. Overall it seemed overpriced and overhyped to me, need more options of pizza in this food court.

For the price charged for the spaghetti we get a very small potion plus it’s the driest aglio e olio I have tried . Not recommended at all

We ordered for a Brooklyn America Neapolitana pizza. Initially, they gave us a pathetic THIN CRUST PIZZA, while we paid for Neopolitana. Then on telling them, they said can you please have this as it will go waste. Obviously we refused, since we went to Fat Lulu’s specifically because they had Neopolitana. Then after a long waiting again, they gave the desired pizza. But again it was a sham. Instead of cherry tomatoes, they added normal tomatoes. By then we had eaten half the pizza, on asking the staff - they said that’s how it’s done, it’s confit tomatoes plus cherry tomatoes. It is specifically mentioned in the product description that it is cherry tomatoes (which is a major flavour bomb)- these guys who are running the outlet are basically cutting down cost by using ingredients that are lesser priced and saving labour cost. And when I pointed out this aspect- he was laughing! How pathetic is that. Whoever the management is, you really need to keep a check on your staff. There is a major fraud going on there.

pathetic food and customer service. ordered pan pizza but they gave it thin crust which was half burnt and the sauces and toppings used in the pizza and pasta were stale. full of sourness and bitterness, couldn't have it had to leave it. pasta didn't have pasta but more like boiled bell peppers with homemade tomato chutney that tastes full of vinegar, requested staff to replace it but they served it back the same. nothing looked fresh here except fountain beverages.

Promise food in 8-10 minutes. Take 30 minutes because you want to prioritise delivery orders first. What happened to first come first serve? Basic courtesy?

The pizza was uncooked, on telling them, what they had to say was that all pizzas are served like this, attaching a picture, you can have your say!

Specially asked them to ensure that there is no mushroom on my pizza. They acknowledged but they still ended up adding mushroom on the pizza.

Food taste was below than average & aglio olio was just filled with oil nothing else poor taste and quality with such good amount.

Staff is very rude. They didn't even bother to accept their mistake that they billed me for wrong item.
