By far the best ice cream in Delhi so far. The most authentic gelato expirence. If anyone says anything otherwise its untrue. The pistachio, ferrero and Lotus biscoff were outstanding.

mango misu was heavenly however butter croissant was stale and tasted leathery and chewy. We had high hopes but we're utterly disappointed. could have said no when asked if the croissant are Fresh before we ordered :(

I visited this place today, and I sincerely request everyone to think twice before visiting. After paying a premium price for a scoop of gelato, the last thing anyone expects is to be treated disrespectfully by the staff. Customers are the reason these outlets operate, and they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. There was no seating available downstairs, so a staff member named Kaman asked us to sit upstairs. However, shortly after we sat down, another steward approached us and told us that we were not allowed to eat gelato upstairs and asked us to leave. He even stood by the door, holding it open until we vacated our seats and went downstairs. The entire experience was embarrassing and made us feel unwelcome. What is even more disappointing is that there was no sign or notice anywhere stating that gelato cannot be consumed upstairs. If such a policy exists, customers should be informed before they are directed to sit there. This happened to me today, and it could happen to anyone. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, trains its staff to treat customers with respect, and communicates its policies clearly. Until then, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

I'm vegan and lactose intolerant. The menu listed a sandwich marked as vegan and (with vegan cream cheese as well) When I ordered, I double-checked with the waiter to make sure it was vegan. To which I received an affirmative answer. In the end, they brought me this sandwich with cow’s milk stracciatella. After the first bite, I realized this and called the waitress over to ask what it was made of, and she confirmed that it was made from cow’s milk. When I asked, “Then how is this vegan???” she didn’t even understand what the problem was. I didn’t eat it. I also ordered kombucha, which they charged me for instead of apologizing. Horrible place

I had the gelato at libertario cafe in gk. The gelato was so stale and tasteless. HONESTLY 10 RUPEES VANILLA CUP IS BETTER THAN THAT GELATO! It was so tasteless and it was frozen. The waiter asked me to wait for 4-5 mins to let the gelato melt which was on top of the coffee but it did not melt for good 20-25 minutes. Horrible I don’t know what’all the hype is about. It tastes like ice to be honest.

after spending 2000 rs for ice cream, staff didnt let us taste single flavour. They said it is against their policy to give samples. So unproffesional behaviour. Not worth visiting.

Please don’t go. It’s only popular because of pr and ad’s. Even frozen fun is 10 times better than this.
