This is probably one of the best places to sit, work and enjoy amazing coffee. The staff is courteous, helpful and always smiling. They go out of their way to deliver great stuff. Food and other baked items are also always fresh. Couldnt recommend enough. Great place. Great vibe.

The drinks and food are super tasty but more than that the staff are really polite and good, especially Adarsh ji. I really like to be here. The vibes are amazing, and it is all because of the staff. Appreciate the kindness!!

Worst Staff Ever, They give stale food, and later blame it on the customers I went with group of friends, one of my friends had insects in the coffee, and the croissant was stale, it had smell, The other day one of my friend got so sick we took her to hospital, and doctors told she had food poisoning cos of that shit food We complainted to the staff they said mam its not our fault you need to change your taste THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE, staff was wayy rude They charged us extra money for heating the food Worst coffee shop i have ever been to. I really wish this coffee shop closes They make fool out of innocent people

The staff was very rude while taking the order. The girl while taking the order didnt knw the details of a simple coffee i asked. I asked for Almond milk in the coffee but i got the coffee in normal milk. The staff seemed very unaware of the menu and were lost while taking aswell. I have visited the other outlets of First Coffee aswell but have never experienced such.
