We had a very disappointing experience here at folks for the first time. Ordered about 4-5 dishes and 1 item served tasted terrible and was nowhere near basic quality standards. (Rest of the items were good) When we brought the issue up to the manager, the response was completely dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, the manager was arrogant and bluntly told us that complaining or posting a review wouldn't change anything and that we couldn't do anything about it. A good restaurant takes accountability for its food and listens to its guests. Given the poor taste of the meal and the manager's refusal to handle a simple issue, I strongly recommend not dining here. Sadly, This could be the downfall for one of the best places in Faridabad

this is one brewery where you are not allowed to talk loudly. we were next to the speaker and the manager kept asking us to speak at a lower volume 🤣🤣 As far as i know, breweries are the loudest places....my suggestion to Folks is they should change it into wine tasting....those places are quite 😂
