The ambience and the whole place - The Hotel - excellent - wait a little early so enjoyed in there open air area ... no nice - The buffet @foodexchange - starts from entering - nice big open spaces seatings - the food spread in 2 big sections - the veg n Nonveg - right from the sourdough pizzas , to the momos to the chaat counter - to the chicken starters : Chicken Tikka and Kasundi fish to there whole spread - what ever prepared for the day had taste , style and the appropriate flavour and presentation. All in all worth what you paid for.

Hospitality of the staff, live singing, vibes and food - everything was perfect. Extra efforts by Chef Virender and all serving staff really praiseworthy

Service was good but we had issues with food. we ordered Spaghetti and it was over cooked and options in Vegetarian was quite limited

Food was okay. Nothing to brag about. The attendance was low so some of the food was getting dry and spoiled from sitting out too long. For me, the best thing was the chicken momos and the mutton. All else was mediocre. That said, the waitstaff was attentive and pleasant, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

I recently visited Novotel with a group of 8 friends and family members, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was much slower than expected—we had to wait almost an hour for our drinks to arrive, which affected the overall dining experience. The food options were quite limited, and while the food itself was decent, it wasn't particularly memorable. Given the reputation of the hotel, we expected better service and a wider variety of dishes. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope the management works on improving the service speed and expanding the menu to provide a better experience for future guests.
