The food was good, but biriyani can be much better. We couldn't try many dishes. The staff are attentive and helpful.

Very poor service and they ended up charging for service. The menu was not very elaborate and had weird combinations. Fried rice and noodles but not one Chinese chicken curry to go with it. Placement of dishes was also haphazard. Pizza was nice touch but pasta was below average. Desserts were ok…

I recently visited Novotel with a group of 8 friends and family members, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was much slower than expected—we had to wait almost an hour for our drinks to arrive, which affected the overall dining experience. The food options were quite limited, and while the food itself was decent, it wasn't particularly memorable. Given the reputation of the hotel, we expected better service and a wider variety of dishes. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope the management works on improving the service speed and expanding the menu to provide a better experience for future guests.

Not at all worth the five-star hype they have. Poor hospitality, very limited menu spread, poor cleanliness (houseflies were sitting on food) and the overall feel was also lacking. Beware!!! Don’t go by the name.

food menu and taste can be much better. especially main course. and novotel service is pretty much average. just about bare minimum. no warm smiles, staff just doing their jobs for the sake of doing it.
