I received an angry morning call just to quarrel on why food rating from previous day was given bad. When the person from Food Express did not stop arguing, i had to hang up as i m attending to a patient. They even cancelled my today’s order after making me wait for 30 mins. Now, my patient has no breakfast and his morning medicines will be delayed. I find this highly unprofessional.

I ordered veg stir fried vegetables, but received chicken, I am a vegetarian, I usually likes food express food, but this mistake was not acceptable at all, food express please be careful in future
