Overall the place is okayishh. I had to pay a redeemable cover charge to enter even as a couple. Bouncer at the entrance is really rude. Staff needs to be more vigilant over the cleanliness.

Worst experience ever! Please do not go to this restaurant if you don’t want to ruin your day. I made a booking at Foulplay restaurant on Zomato a day before visiting. And when I arrived there with my friends, they refused that they do not have any table for us even when I had paid the cover charges for advance booking. The staff was very unhelpful and uncooperative. They blamed the Zomato server for not holding any table for us. 
The Zomato customer care executive Saheb was however very helpful. They refunded me the cover charges and apologised. But I would still request Zomato again to not list such restaurants on their platform when they refuse any bookings made through Zomato.

If I had the option to give 0, came here for a screening. Its the worst screening I have expetienced. No indoor sitting. All messed up. Nothing ready. Nothing well organised. Lag in all screen, none are synced. Eveyrthing was messed up. Bad tasting food for the price. Ugh. Day and race ruined

The management is shit, they dont respect reservations at all, dont visit this place at any cost, they would prefer ‘ regulars’ over you who might spend ‘more’ Utter shit place
