Recently ordered the food from this place..it was too good and yummi.. I've tried butter chicken and chicken Tikka masala each and every item is cooked 100% Desi ghee...highly recommend thnx

I had such a bad experience from both the restaurant as well zomato. I had ordered a portion of paneer lababdar, Dal Makhani and a couple of breads, after which to my surprise the restaurant person called me to inform that the paneer wasn’t available and I should get in touch with Zomato to get my order modified and get the paneer removed from the order. First of all at the first place if there is something ot available in the menu at the restaurant it shouldn’t be listed on the zomato menu or should be greyed out due to unavailability. Secondly I got in contact with a zomato executive where she asked me to pay the whole order amount to the delivery person (My order being COD) assuring me that I’d get the refund of the missing item in the order. Once the order got delivered there was no paneer only dal and the breads after which I got in contact with the chat feature of zomato leaving me 2 options either I could choose to receive a coupon equivalent to the amount of the missing item “OF THE SAME RESTAURANT” or I could just let it go by giving zomato about this information only. Now obviously I had to choose the first option even if I would never want to order from this restaurant again. After all this I contacted 2 other zomato executives stating my concern where both the ladies mentioned we will not be able to give you any refund and the only option you have is to accept the coupon from the same restaurant. Now my question here is why am I being penalised for an out of stock item on the restaurant’s end, and getting bound to accept the coupon from the same restaurant? I personally would not suggest anybody to order from this restaurant, after which I did not get a fair resolution from Zomato’s end as well.

I ordered from ghee and turmeric, paschim vihar today. It was 1 family dal, 1 family paneer, 1 rice, 3 garlic roti, 3 plain roti..they said they have only 1/2 serving paneer left… so earlier my bill came upto ₹1882 when they asked me to change menu cz of shortage of paneer subzi i reduced paneer to half and increased 1/2 more portion of dal.. without informing me they delivered 5 plain roti and only 1 garlic roti, technically bill should be of less amount as menu was changed but they took full ₹1882 and though as per delivered food bill should be of way lesser amount….. its a complete nonsense and they say we can’t change total amount as it is locked on zomato…. Poor food, robbed us on bill amount, pathetic service…..

It’s a totally waste of money… the food was tasteless, thali was looking tempting but food taste was pathetic. The curd I received with thali was expired, achar was like masala if sabji, chapatis was totally dry… overall food was not good, it’s a waste of money. I will never recommend this restaurant with anyone. Poor service. I want my money back

Ordered for the first time. Food taste is ok but quality of food is definately bad. We developed health issue the very next morning. Moreover quantity as per charged price too is very less. Will not recommended this restaurant to anyone. Quality is the main ingredient of any restaurant which was absent here.

Waste of food waste of money I have order lassi that has no taste at all and vegetables khichdi that was also waste of money order sweet lassi no sweetness maybe 5-6 days old curd . Never ever recommend to anyone.

the food was very bad in taste. the colour of all dishes was brown..how come malai kofta dark brown, kadhai paneer also brown in colour. wastage of money

This is how I received my rumali rotis. The restaurant could have simply rejected my order instead of sending this .
