I walked up to their store and asked for samosa and kachori to go, generally asked the owner that there are many more gohana jalebi outlets in gurgaon, are you a franchisee too? He looked at me with anger and told me “aap bhi khol lo, hum aajayege aur aise puchege aap se”, “abhi khulva deta hu aapka” What a rude person, food quality goes down the drain when the owner itself has this kind of attitude. Customer service beats everything, even food taste at some point, but this makes me want to throw the samosas and kachori that I got for take-away. The food taste wouldn’t make any difference now because I’m not going to visit that place who has a rude host, with the worst ever attitude. Step up your game and learn from your competition.

Bad taste. Om sweets is the king as prices are also on a higher side and bette taste can be taken in low cost. Bad option. This place can surely be skipped. Samosas are also not that great.
