we got caught up in traffic and we reached an hour late, though some of our guests have already reached at the time of our booking but still we continuously heard from the lady calling us and telling to come fast or seats will be occupied they even greeted us with that same statement and our guests on too of that our server was impatient to take order and all both the starters and main course were served in an interval of 10 mins without clearing the table and plates for main course. we asked to serve and they rushed to other table to take the order, so we managed by ourselves. we had shortfall of some spoons and had to wait again to request for the same food was good but service is not at all customer centric . I know its always rush on Saturday evenings compared to other days, but the motto should not be just accommodating new customers , but to service the existing seated customers as well effectively date of booking : 09th may 2026

So we booked this restaurant for a family dinner via zomato. On reaching the place the staff started misbehaving and gave us a side table and took another booking who just came. On questioning they started misbehaving and told us that we had to reach earlier now they will not give us table. It was a very bad experience an would not recommend anyone and also ask district to stop taking their bookings.
