Difficulty following instructions, the food takes too much time to arrive even when the restaurant’s empty (>30 mins) and they try to pass on poorly-prepped food items to customers. Ex: I ordered ABC (apple, beetroot, carrot) juices, and they didn’t have beetroot in them. The staff later admitted and got them added. The taste was poor even after. Fyi: the juices took about 30 mins to initially prep and another 15 mins to fix. The staff still ends up adding gratuity/service charge and upon asking to remove it, they ask and I quote “Did you not like our service?.” I was unsure about which emotion to show (whether to laugh or get even angrier). Pathetic service!

Ordered the honey chilli potato and chicken seekh kebab, and honestly wished I hadn't. The chilli potatoes were completely soggy no crunch whatsoever, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of the dish. The chicken kebabs were dry, chewy, and tasted nothing like handmade ones. Felt like they were straight out of a packet. Spent ₹1,500 on just two dishes and left deeply disappointed. Expected much better for that price

1. coffee machine was not working 2. it was a coffee and snacks meet with old friends and the whole event got spoilt 3. we ordered soups in place of coffee. hot and sour soup was awful. 4. restaurant staff was good and cordial. 5. sizzler was made nicely.

Quality has really dropped here. Service was painfully slow and the food had zero taste. Total waste of money — definitely not coming back. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else!
