At Gola, a place celebrated for its sizzlers, my family and I arrived with high expectations. The evening began uncomfortably, as our first seat was directly under the AC vent, blasting cold air onto my face. After requesting a change, we were moved to another spot. Then came the sizzler — the highlight we had been waiting for. But instead of the dramatic hiss and smoky flair that defines a true sizzler, what arrived was flat, quiet, and lifeless. Surprised, I asked the staff, only to be told, “This is how it is.” The experience left us disappointed, as the very essence of what makes a sizzler special was missing.

The service was very slow and not upto the mark. The chairs were dirty and the toilets were unkept and filthy
