The food quality wasn't up to standard. The Manchow soup noodles tasted a little stale. The veg Chinese sizzler was okay, but the brownie sizzler was a big disappointment. The brownie was not hot and didn't taste good. Disappointed.

I will never visit this outlet again. It was my first time here and i ordered a crispy paneer sizzler, however was served a crispy chicken sizzler. We are a family of vegetarians and it was simply appalling. Luckily we figured it out in time. When we pointed it out the server did not believe us and cross checked it a couple of times but eventually replaced it even though we did not have much of an appetite left we still let it go without causing a scene. When the right order finally arrived, after eating a little, i thought there was a strand of hair in the bite i prepared in my spoon but when i plucked it, it was a cockroach. A whole COCKROACH. It was extremely disgusting considering i came here so that im served food which is hygienic but here we are.

Food was good but service was not good at all staff was not in mood to serve food and also during booking I mentioned about birthday and special sitting area and whatever I mentioned was never obliged , Although the food was good but the service staff made the vibe like I was getting any free or complimentary services Therefore services were not upto the par and never expected this kind of services specially from Gola sizzler’s

Worst experience at gola sizzlers, Gtb nagar branch. We too k 3 beers in 1+1 offer but we were forced to pay for 5 saying that the item already punched. We were served stale food and when we complained no action was taken. The branch manager kept arguing with us. Extremely bad hospitality.

ek number ka ghatiya vahiyad restaurant hai . aur price aise jaise heere moti khila rhe ho... purana khana smelly food . within minutes they bought food which was so foul smelling . please don't go to this restaurant. totally waste of money and time
