It was really a great experience. The food and the ambiance was so amazing. Kesar attended us and she was so polite and helped a lot in choosing the right food and also she was so humble. I will surely recommend this place who loves to try sizzlers.

I book my table from Zomato and booking time was 8.30 but I’ll get my table 9.05 after that when I’ll order my food and witting time was more then 30 minutes.. and service was slow and restaurant was so crowded. This was my 1st and a last time I visit this restaurant. People are smoking hookah in indoor restaurant.

I will never visit this outlet again. It was my first time here and i ordered a crispy paneer sizzler, however was served a crispy chicken sizzler. We are a family of vegetarians and it was simply appalling. Luckily we figured it out in time. When we pointed it out the server did not believe us and cross checked it a couple of times but eventually replaced it even though we did not have much of an appetite left we still let it go without causing a scene. When the right order finally arrived, after eating a little, i thought there was a strand of hair in the bite i prepared in my spoon but when i plucked it, it was a cockroach. A whole COCKROACH. It was extremely disgusting considering i came here so that im served food which is hygienic but here we are.

I’m a regular Gola Sizzlers customer and have visited multiple outlets, especially Khan Market. Unfortunately, my experience at the Civil Lines outlet yesterday was disappointing. The Chilli Chicken was good, but the Butter Chicken was very average and noticeably different from the usual Gola Sizzlers taste. At ₹899 for a full portion, I also found it quite overpriced compared to other outlets. The server asking for a tip upfront was also uncomfortable. I noticed the usual leather cutlery pouch was missing as well. Gola Sizzlers really needs to focus on standardising food quality, pricing and service across outlets. I’ve had much better experiences at other branches, especially Khan Market.

ek number ka ghatiya vahiyad restaurant hai . aur price aise jaise heere moti khila rhe ho... purana khana smelly food . within minutes they bought food which was so foul smelling . please don't go to this restaurant. totally waste of money and time

They served non veg food when we ordered veg, after having a bite we realised. Pathetic service and staff. Paid full bill even after being served non vegetarian food (we’re pure vegetarians)
