Had the worst experience possible. I went with my family to celebrate a milestone and it turned out to be a nightmare. The lift was not working and hence older people were forced to take the stairs. After being seated, there was power issues with no proper backup. We had to request for a fan multiple times. To add on to the bad experience, the service was so slow. Starters arrived later than the sizzler, the drinks were pathetic, and the main course took more than an hour to be served. The dal tasted stale and heated not freshly prepared, we ordered boneless chicken but got with bone, and something as simple as yellow dal was spicy and tasted only of masala. The service was so poor that even a scoop of vanilla ice cream took 40 minutes to be served. However, the worst thing happened later. The whole family got food poisoning after eating the stale food. Gola sizzler made sure that we do not visit the establishment ever again. Thank you for this wonderful experience of ruining a memorable family event.

Pathetic service and the food quality is nowhere close to what you expect at this price range. The taste and overall quality were disappointing, and the service was also very slow. Proper sitting space is not available, especially on weekends, making the overall experience even worse. Considering the high prices, the food quality, service, and seating arrangements are not up to the mark. Not recommended, especially on weekends.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE OVERALL 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Very disappointing experience, stale food served, extremely slow and inattentive staff, multiple people in my group got stomach upset , not safe to eat here. Not at all recommended.

Very bad experience, poor service, untidy tables. Had to wait more than 45 mins for a simple main course lunch order. Power was out, no electricity backup, no air condition
