The food and ambience were awesome! However, booking in advance through District doesn’t really make sense if you still have to wait in the same queue as walk-in customers.

The service was extremely poor. We placed our order and waited for 30 minutes, only to find out that our order had not been noted down. They then took our order again, and we had to wait another 15–20 minutes before our food was served. The waiters were very casual and inattentive throughout the service. To make matters worse, they included a service charge in the bill under the name "Gratuity." Overall, my experience was completely disappointing and pathetic.

Its all about service and their staff. Staff is so untrained and unprofessional. They add food items in the bill which you haven’t order. All staff members are so confused and roaming here and there. If you didn’t check your bill for sure you will pay much more money to the outlet. My actual bill was 2600 something but they handover me 4567rs bill with the items added which i didn’t order. On the third attempt they made the right bill and after wasting my half n hour they say thank you mam😂

Food did not taste good. Service was okay. Ordered a sizzler, left the paneer as we felt the quality was not good. The fresh lime we ordered was tasteless. Had to get it replaced. Overall disappointing experience.

We ordered four sizzlers. While two were delivered after 20 minutes and one was served after more than one hour. One sizzler never arrived.
