Had a great experience at Sizzler. Zainab was very polite, friendly, and professional. She made sure we were comfortable, answered our questions patiently, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Her positive attitude really made our dining experience even better. Here’s a more polished and balanced version of your review: We were served noodles instead of the rice that was supposed to come with the sizzler we ordered. When we pointed it out, the staff offered to serve a separate portion of rice, which we agreed to. Since we were finishing our meal, we requested that the rice be packed to take home. Unfortunately, when we opened the package at home, it contained only about one-quarter of a normal portion. It was quite disappointing, as this did not reflect the solution that had been promised. Overall, it was a sad experience and left us dissatisfied with the service. Hopefully, the restaurant will pay more attention to such issues in the future.

Very below average taste of sizzler, I have been to other Gola sizzler of Vasant Kunj and Pacific Sarita Vihar and those restaurant serve better sizzler. This Saket one is bad in taste average in service and poor in ambiance.

While booking it shows 35% discount and free Banana split and charges of 75/- cover charges will be adjust. But nothing happened. Poor for Zomato.
