Had dinner at Gonzo on 03 Dec 25 and am super impressed. the vibes and decor were nice complimented by english music played at the right volume enabling conversations. we ordered classic fried rice, butter noodles and kung pao chicken. the taste with flavours in all the dishes were amazing... something that I have never experienced before..the portions were ok and the pricing reasonable with discounts on Swiggy etc..the service was cordial..would strongly recommend for Chinese / pan asian food lovers. Cheers🥂😀

Good was good, waiters should be more polite. We wanted gluten free suggestions and they were a bit unsure. Later called the chef who was all good. Everything is decent nothing too great or amazing.

I booked this place through Zomato with a 25% discount. My first impression was disappointing, the place looked quite unclean. I also don’t understand why restaurants hire staff who can’t communicate basic information or explain the speciality of the place. On the positive side, the food arrived fairly quickly and, honestly, it tasted good. There was a water bottle on the table priced at ₹300, so we asked for regular water instead, but unfortunately, it had an unpleasant smell. The washroom was in terrible condition and felt more like a public toilet. We also requested to remove the employee betterment tax (around ₹150), but they refused. Their explanation was that if we paid directly to them, they wouldn't charge this amount, but since we were paying through Zomato, we had to pay it. What logic? Don’t ask. Will I visit again? No. Will I recommend it? Also no.

No table despite booking. Nonsense approach of multiple servers coming and asking to change tables even when we were in between eating. No etiquette. Food may be good but the management is pathetic. I left halfway after having starters and didn’t have food.

there was a literal rat and the staff members were unfazed, made me feel like they were used to it and it wasn’t the first time??? PLEASE AVOID DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS

the restaurant was showing it was open till 1 am but the staff refused to take orders after 11 pm saying the kitchen is closed
