Quality does not degrade as the price remains economical! Even my South Indian friends found it so tasty! We liked the genuineness so much that we even made our kids have a taste of it! The staff is really cooperative and humble. The food is absolutely not to be missed. Must try!!

Grand Madras cafe is not only cafe I love visiting, it is pocket friendly cafe and authentic South Indian food you can try here , and they serve Chinese food also.

Location - near t point of kolhapur road & malka ganj. Ambience - local family restaurant for a typical south indian food. Place is clean. The owner & employees are also from south india i guess. Seating - in 4 majorly but adjustable. Prices - pocket friendly Hospitality - 5/5 I tried out 1-masala dosa-its a 5/5 apt quantity for a hungry person. Really good in taste 2-sambar vada - Not a big fan of vada so really can't tell but can assure its good in taste. There are no extra charges for sambar. And the sambar is amazing. *** what i really liked about this place is its - hospitality. The waiters keeps a check on the customer here's why- While i was having my dosa. The sambar kind of was left a little bit in the bowl. The waiter saw this and asked me whether i need more sambar. In other small places like these nobody cares that much actually even if you call out for the waiter twice.

Feedback on Staff Behaviour at Grand Madras Café Dear Grand Madras Café Management, I recently visited your café and would like to share my concern regarding the behaviour of one of the service staff. The language and manner he used when interacting with female customers was very unofficial and unprofessional, which created discomfort. As a customer, I expect respectful and courteous communication from staff members. I believe maintaining professional behaviour is essential to ensure that all guests feel welcome and safe in your café. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to improve staff training and customer service standards. Thank you for your attention.

The most horrible place to eat any food. It was my misfortune that I and my sister ordered our food from this restaurant. We ordered dal vada and masala dosa, made full online payment and yet the sent the order incomplete without any coconut or red chutney not to mention the dosa was too below average. When we called the resturant to complain about the missing items they misbehaved and put the blame on the delivery guy whereas the delivery guy clearly showd us his bag and told is that this was how the order was sent. Bad experience please dont order from this place unless you want an incomplete meal after making full payements.

Mene paneer dosa order kiya tha etna bekar mene kahi nhi khaya usko khane se mujhe food posining ho gya bahut problem ho gyi thi ye basi khane ko fry krke bhejte h or samar bhi 2 hrs bad hi buss gya tha.. me to request krunga ki koi yaha se order na kre nhi to aapko koi problem ho skti h

pathetic food...ordered Vada dosa upma idli 1. Vada very hard 2. upma so much Sault 3..terrible cold
