Grover Sweets was my favorite spot, but their service is now bad. They've opened a seating area, but tissues are too precious to leave there. You have to go to the counter every time you need one, because customers can't be trusted with a tissue box! 😂😂 The chole bhature counter staff, who thinks he's the owner, first promised to bring tissues but then refused. So much for valuing regular customers. acha khasa mood ho jata hai khane ke baad lekin aise log vo bhi khrab kardete hai.😂😂 Hope they fix their priorities soon!

Horrible service and behaviour of staff. They are simply after your money. Pathetic service and behaviour of the staff. They always try to give you stale food. i just came back from shop as they refused to give me fresh samosas as he was making the new lot. He had a big order so he gave all the fresh pieces to big order and gave me old samosas which was already kept there. On argument, he simply said take your money back and cherry on the cake is that cashier also supported this and gave me my money back

we ordered 5 sweet lassi from Grover sweet sector 7 and after that we find a fly floating in one glass and taste of lassi was terrible it feels drinking Rose water instead of lassi.I will never ever going to order anything from here. Still I am feeling nausea.

Bahut hi bekar khana tha..upar se 40 min wait karna pada... Or us khane Mai pattar aaye the..jab unhen dikhaya to or bhi hum pe hi chillane lage apni galti bhi nahi mani... Aaj k baad hum to kabhi bhi Grover sweets Mai nahi jayenge....🤮🤮🤮🤮

Unhygienic shop with old sweets. Rude workers and unfriendly management. I ordered rasmalai which when consumed after 3 hours was tasting horrible, even having fungus.

l ordered 5 samosas and jalebi All samosas were cold ,not fresh and jalebi was missing in the order very irresponsible and non hygienic. Not to order worst shop now

They have reduced the size of their bhatura and degraded quality. Elderly person sitting on counter is way too arrogant to receive any constructive feedback.
