Taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hygiene ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price ⭐⭐⭐ Price is bit high but according to quality of food they provide then it is worth it. Rest everything is very well. They also provide widest Range of Sweets and different flavours of sweets. Do try their chole bhature

Never ever try their kulfi faluda and rabdi faluda. Full of faluda and water but neither rabdi nor kulfi in both the sweets. Staff wanted to help but the owner(lady) said clear no. According to her rabdi melts into water and further refused to fix the delicacies or refund back. Gulab has degraded its reputation and taste with each passing day. I left the bag in front of her on table but she didn’t say anything and kept both the jars as well as money too. Also we went there to order, we didn’t ordered online and such incident happened earlier too. Pathetic.. #boycottgulab

Did not have less than 1 star otherwise would have rated that. I had ordered moongfala through Zomato from Gulab and the packet had 9 months old date of expiry. An order made in Dec and getting delivered the product which got expired in March. Really not sure if they are still selling expired products to customers by just pasting new stickers. Really hate Gulab for this and they are really doing which which would be harmful and dangerous to people.

I was really disappointed with the Navratri thali I ordered from Gulab. Almost everything in the thali tasted overly sweet, which made it quite unappetizing. On top of that, the gulab jamun was very hard instead of soft and melt-in-the-mouth as it should be. Definitely not up to the mark.

the manager here is very rude... I purchased 3 boxes of rewri from here.... it has expiry date after 2 months... but it started stinking withing 3 days of opening and had a very bad taste.... when I asked for an exchange the manager talked very rudely and said jo karna hai karlo

Poor food quality. Chhole Bhature were extremely bitter. Paneer Butter Masala just had orange oil. More oil less gravy. No taste. Water served with Gol Gappe had no spices just full of vinegar which can literally burn your throat. Absolute waste of money and bad experience.

Ordered a chaat platter and items are missing in it. I even called and highlighted it to the team. Sunil from their team doesn't even care for customer feedback. Pathetic!
