This is the best restaurant in Delhi . Everything is perfect from taste to ambience to service . I have tried their veg and non veg starters and main course items, all are top notch. After saying all this I have to mention their butter chicken, its easily amongst the top 3 butter chicken in Delhi. Perfect for family gatherings but be prepared to wait for atleast 30 min because its jam packed everytime.

Pretty disappointing experience. I have been going to Veg Gulati (next to this one) for years, this was my first time in Gulati. Starting with the ambience, cramped walking space and noise level were unbearable - felt like a roadside Dhaba. Went there for lunch, the waiter suggested we go for the buffet, which we did since the prices in A La Carte were anyway too high. First of all, the Chaat items (Gol Gappe & Papdi Chaat) were just there to increase the number of items - avg at best in both taste and freshness. Then, there were the starters - Chilly Paneer and Chicken Salt n Pepper - Chicken was too salty and Paneer was rubbery and chewy. We ordered a Hara Bhara Cheese Kebab from the A La Carte menu as well, which was completely bland. The main course was much better - Chukandar Kofta was absolutely amazing (highlight of the day), Dal Makahani, Butter Chicken were decent. Paneer dish again had rubbery and chewy Paneer, which tells me they are using bad quality Paneer. There was no stuff naan in the Buffet, had to order separately, turned out well though. Finally, time for desserts - Fruit Cream, Ice Creams (Mango & Choc), Halwa, Jalebi. Jalebi didn't look good at all, tried everything else - pretty decent all of them. All in all, very disappointed keeping in mind the reputation of Gulati and my own experiences of Veg Gulati. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone for sure.

I visited Gulati Restaurant, Pandara Road with my family for dinner on September 6. While making the payment, the server informed me that the first card transaction had failed due to a machine issue and asked me to swipe my card again. The second attempt was successful. However, I later discovered that both transactions were settled, meaning I was charged twice for the same bill. Normally, a failed transaction should be automatically reversed, but in this case, it was not. When I reached out to the restaurant for assistance with a refund, they were uncooperative and hesitant to provide the necessary documentation required to claim a refund from the bank. This experience has been very disappointing—not only because of the double charge, but also due to the lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the matter promptly. A reputed restaurant is expected to handle customer payments responsibly and ensure that such errors are corrected without delay.

I had booked a buffet lunch for 4 people at Gulati Restaurant through Zomato yesterday 4:00pm However, upon reaching the restaurant, we were informed that the buffet was not available, and our booking was not honored. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we traveled all the way from Noida to Delhi specifically for this reservation. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted both our time and effort. I request you to look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Today we had lunch buffet at Gulati, pandara market. Too disappointed with the food spread and taste as well. The so-called manager came with half masked face asking for feedback and when I told him about my displeasure, he simply went away. Moreover, we're having indigestion till now. Will never visit the restaurant.

In the buffet, there was a veg dish aloo sabzi and was labelled veg…found a big chicken piece my mother was about to eat being veg. Extremely bad behaviour by staff being arrogant and rude and just nonchalant about this blunder mistake. Late service, dirty cutlery and blunder mistake my the staff…
