Guppy’s Food is amazing and the service is warm. I had ordered in from them as well and there was a spillage, They happily sent me my dish back with a sweet apology cake. Amazing food and good hospitality.

The food was very ordinary for the price. I ordered the prawn tempura sushi which was okay but nothing extraordinary. And the chicken ramen was just very basic and the noodles tasted like pre-packaged cooked noodles. For the price, it was nowhere close to the ramen I've had in Delhi NCR for much less.

So we didnt feel welcomed there. The waiters there were really very rude and they all had the vibe of pushing to eat fast and they all that wierd smirks on their face even when taking orders. It made me and my partner really uncomfortable. The food was fine but the service was really bad. Didn’t expect this from a place where they charge so much. Worst experience ever.

They were pushing old wine to me. I asked for a glass and requested that the bottle be nee - because I know how badly wine is stored and I didnt want a headache. A guy in a suit showed up and kept insisting I should have this old bottle? Opened two days ago - then he said no ma’am it was opened one day ago and so on. He was insistent - I kept asking why he was pushing old wine and whether i should leave and go to amazing Tres next door. Really awful experience. Shameful. Food was pathetic. Edamame came last.

Disappointing experience. Service was pathetic with long delays. We were repeatedly told the food would arrive in 2 minutes, which turned into another 15 minutes. The sesame chicken that finally arrived was very average and not worth the wait. Not what one expects from Guppy.

Highly disappointing. Nothing that we ordered was good. Very very bad experience. Highly over priced and should definitely not be rated as 4.2 on zomato.
