We ordered 2 grilled sandwiches - the kind you can choose 2 fillings for. My mom chose cheese and grilled chicken and so her sandwich wasn’t as dry as mine, which was crispy bacon and grilled chicken. Mine was extremely dry - just those two ingredients- no spread, no greens, nothing - at ₹510 a sandwich this wasn’t worth it at all! We were given 1TBSPN of coleslaw on the side and a handful of fried which were meant to be filling tummies clearly. Quite a disappointing experience to be honest, at the price point. Edit - I gave the feedback in person which was taken very kindly and accepted very graciously. Hope to see an improvement the next time. Kudos!

had a really bad experience...visited here for the first time...the service was pathetic...and food was below average with high prices...even portion size was not as per the prices... order: cafe latte, machiato and aglio olio pasta...

The food quality has dropped, the service is very poor..you have to literally chase the staff to place an order. The American diners old taste & charm is now gone.

I have been regular to this place since my childhood and now the menu's quality and service has deteriorated a lot in the last few years. They have freshly brewed coffee, espresso and Italiano on the menu but to my surprise the barista just uses the same method to brew all these coffees and they are proudly telling me that there is no difference. I request the higher management and owner of this place to please get better trained chefs and staff to maintain this jewel as some people like me are biased to this location due to childhood memories.

1. absolutely substabdard service. 2.hair in butter. 3..jacket pitatos are of size of a small tomato !! 4.long wait time to get table. also they dont call when table is rrady and expect u to stand in front of them for a 45 mons wait time. 5. in. etween servoce too too slow, waitress is lost. overall npt worth the hype. ambience great menu options fab chef poor

The service is really poor I kept sitting on the table for 20 mins and then I got the menu and then I waited for 20 mins till someone came to take my order. The food was absolute garbage the service was really bad, the manager Mr rajan his behaviour was so rude and unprofessional. Had the worst experience ever the staff is just the worst

uncomfortable experience... three had to adjust in a table of two requested for change of seats.. of frustrated customer and zero support from staff...for the overpriced menu a restaurant is supposed to provide decent dining experience... we hardly had any place in table to keep our plates.....

The staff requires extensive training, and they lack patience. The food quality is pathetic, with exorbitant prices.
