Overall experience good, they have upgraded themselves. Now you can order from your table with the help of scan. I had veg thali and choley bhature for food and cold coffee and badam milk for beverages.

I have been very regular to haldiram since my childhood but honestly speaking food quality is deteriorating day by day . Day before yesterday I placed a take away order for Dhokla and Ghevar . Dhokla was stale and rotten smell coming from it . Ghevar was also not of the quality which we are expecting from haldiram. And the other day I bought pastry for my son which had a bad taste and was not fresh ,hard sponge. Food Pricing is increasing day by day but quality is deteriorating.

yesterday we have placed order amount of 800rupess including dahi bhalle, paneer tikka etc which had yesterday, taste was excellent as always but quantity was very less as we didnt aspected that much less amount served by haldiram. we r unhappy

Ordered multiple snacks but the staff (Shakti singh) was so arrogant in providing condiments. Even the manager( Imran Ali) promoted this behaviour. And they were non apologetic. After all these they charged for 2 boxes of motichoor and forgot to provide that and when enquired about asked to provide proof and even after proof they couldn’t refund the money. Manager (Sandeep) called today and I don’t know what actions will he take against them. But it was very insulting and irritating.

Haldiram’s food quality has been down… The quality and quantity of the food is bad… Previously the Navratri thali had a good quantity and the food was good but now it’s like nothing, and they are charging more than previous year… The size of the poori and quantity of vegetables has drastically decreased… A very bad experience… Customers be aware of this restaurant…

I ordered some mithai for somebody as a Diwali gift but it was packed in an old box. It was open and had no sticker on it. The pieces inside were not individually wrapped like they were supposed to be. It was very embarrassing for me. No one picked up the phone despite me calling them multiple times.

Very disappointing experience. The food was bland and served cold. Washrooms were dirty and smelled bad — clearly not maintained. Service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested. Not what you’d expect from a Haldiram outlet. if there were minus stars I'll give that.

Everytime I ordered anything from this outlet, they have only sent some garbage in the name of Haldiram's. Probably thw worst Haldiram's outlet there is. Stale food, unhygienic and terrible quality.

Very bad experience, they send wrong mithai and the way send the mithai that is very pathetic. All mithai is tutti-frutti and no picking. Very horrible experience
