Went to their outlet at mgf mall gurgaon, ordered Aloo Tikki, Bhalla Papdi and Badam Milk. Loved of them, Aloo Tikki was crisp but bit over spicy, Bhalla Papdi was good and Badam Milk was not overly sweet and had dry fruits too. Loved it as usual! Haldiram's always delivers!

Chola bhatura was cold as hell :( Pao bhaji was okay Lassi was pathetic. I know It is unbelievable to write negative about haldirams. But about mgf haldirams it was a bad experience.

Yesterday i had there chole bhature nd dahi bhalla but bhature was too thin nd small like papad as u can see this pic no home made pickle given a small pack of mix pickle given which was not better combination with bhature i complain about this to service boy and he send to chef but chef told me that next time we will take care Next time who will come to have a papad or too thin bhatura in 177 rs totally waste rs Otherwise i will have better bhatura in a street bazar in 30-40 rs Too poor quality serving and cheating with customers

They gave expired bottle of shake which just exploded when i open it and when go to counter they were talking to each other tht it is expired and they gave me other which was going to expire on that day how can they serve expired food or drink to customer???? Even the bottle they gave earlier on tht stiker was removed so tht customer didn't get the idea for expired product??? I need answer for this from your management how can be your staff so careless about customer health???????

This is the worst place ever, they kept me waiting for 25 minutes for an order and yet have cold food. Staaf is also ignorant. The only thing that's good is cleanliness, nothing else.
