Pathetic experience. Had ordered a Vada pav which took 40 minutes to arrive. I had to leave the order as I had to catch my train. They do not give me a refund either. #pathetic staff and horrible speed of delivering food.

God we bought Motichoor Laddoos from this restaurant but what we get is utter disappointment. There's no flavour of motichoor in those laddoos all we can taste is elaichi nothing but elaichi. Despite being high in price We choose to order from Haldiram's so that we can taste some authentic sweet but man we're Hella disappointed 😞. Seriously that was never expected from such a famous n high brand. And those laddos looked stale too. Is that why you put such a mad amount of elaichi in it so that we can't tell whether it's fresh or not! what a shame.

Worst ever food I have had in any Haldiram’s outlet. It was that bad am never going there. Their special thali was worst than free food and was given in plastic thali used for packing. Paneer quality was so poor. Food was literally inedible. Also ordered their Tandoori platter which had all the items made by quoting the same achari masala. So disappointed . Absolutely worst of money and mood

I am literally writing this while am sitting here. The place is overcrowded with their products, so much that there is no place to walk. The AC isn’t working. Half of the items on their menu isn’t available. Staff doesn’t care about customers, they are just chilling and gossiping. Haven’t seen a Haldiram like this.

Service is pathetic. They are not able to cater to the traffic. Washroom is only one to which you will see a long queue. Not a good dining experience.
