Special dahibara was of very poor quality It seems delivered bara was cooked long back After eating 1-2 spoons we could not eat I did not take photos of items I am very disappointed and unhappy.

I ordered poori sabji and khtta meetha petha but what i got is only 2 poories also i tried to call restaurant but the number is switched off. This is how you guys send orders wow to that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Haldiram’s on December 1st, which has left me questioning the humanity and customer-centric approach of the staff employed there. While the cashier was kind enough to keep my luggage for 30 minutes as I rushed to the market, the experience that followed was utterly appalling. After injuring my toe by falling on the stairs, I returned to retrieve my luggage and requested help from a slim, tall security guard to carry it down as I was in immense pain. Shockingly, he blatantly refused, citing that he “couldn’t move,” even though he was walking around the area aimlessly. I asked for his assistance twice, but he remained dismissive and unkind, failing to show even the slightest bit of empathy or generosity towards a customer in need. This lack of basic human hospitality is unacceptable, especially in an establishment as reputed as Haldiram’s. Hiring individuals who display such inhumane behavior towards customers tarnishes the brand’s image. Additionally, it reflects poorly on the policies and training provided to staff regarding customer service and support. I urge Haldiram’s management to address this issue, implement better training programs, and hire staff who understand the importance of compassion and customer care. Situations like this can turn a loyal customer away permanently. Location: Gaur City Center, near Gaur City Mall. Date of Visit: December 1st.

Bad and unhygienic, I went here despite negative reviews from my colleagues and we suffered bad stomach ache alongwith heavy diarrhea. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Moreover their AC isn't working from past two years, staff is dumb, I will drop complaint about unhygenic condition here to food commissionar's offical portal.

This is one of the worst Haldiram in Delhi NCR. they deliver stale food via zomato and swiggy. Sweets are not fresh. food taste is totally different from other haldiram. Quality of the food is not upto the mark. I recommend food quality check here on weekly basis.

I have ordered Rabri rasmalai it was smelly and sour and their contact no is mostly switched off u cannot contact them. never ever order food from haldiram as they don't care about customer

Huh! I'm so angry to talk about your food. I've ordered one chhole bhature and one pao bhaji but bhature were not fresh and I got less bowl of bhaji and the pao was little bit sour. 😡

I haven't pickup my rasgulla. Zomoto is fake ,no any body received my phone. Sala chor sb ko add kar leta h Zomoto koi isse Saman order na kare .ispe FIR kare sare log

I ordered a grilled sandwich today and it was burnt, tasteless and stale. I could not eat it any further after 1 bite. This is not what Haldiram is known for.
