Samay के साथ रुपया भी बेकार जाता है हल्दीराम जैसे शोरूम से खास करके जोमैटो से बुक करने से यह अपने ग्राहक का किसी भी तरह से ध्यान नहीं रखते हैं बाद में कंप्लेन के बाद कह देते हैं अगली बार ध्यान रखेंगे जो बहुत ही गड़बड़ है इसलिए जोमैटो से बुक करने से पहले ध्यान रखें और क्या कौन डिलीवरी रखें सामान देखकर ही पैसा दें बुकिंग कुछ करेंगे सामान कुछ आएगा

i've decided to not do this thing, but haldiram's is very bad customer service on 31st dec I've ordered rasmalai from your outlet, the bill was around 1175approx, so, the concern is that we didn't get the fresh rasmalai, you sent me all rasmalai that are not so fresh, it smells bad, it's milk is very sticky like and it's smells bitter I've mailed to zomato about this, and called haldiram's but they are taking it very lightly, seriously this is the worst scenario and th worst experience I've ever had from you zomato, i threw all the rasmalai, and paid for nothing,

I called restraunt (one of the given number doesnot exist) to give my feedback regarding the order I received, where the quality of products delivered was not as per Haldirams standard. It was just a feedback call so that same doesnot happen with any other customer, when I said wanted to give the feedback the person kept quiet and stopped responding to me and then after few mins he disconnected the call. Very bad response, not sure if anyone else faced the same.

I ordered the Special thali from Haldiram (Dilshad Garden branch) which costs 398 without delivery charges. In the thali, dessert and pickle was missing. Also in the small space for each curry in the thali, for kadhai paneer the space was filled with 4 capsicum pieces which covered the entire space resulting in 1 paneer piece and almost no gravy at all. Also the contact details provided for Haldiram is also incorrect. Absolutely not worth the price.

They don't have items once you order they will serve you with incorrect items and no apologies,no shame. They know they have a brand name so they don't care about customers ,even reviews won't bother them. But still I'll post this for others to know Haldirams is not reliable their food quality is not good always. There was spillage issue with my order and incomplete order but nobody from them took the responsibility.

I have ordered from this outlet through zomato and my was delayed for 1 hour and that too without any reasonable cause. I tried to connect with Haldiram's customer care service but the call was not reachable. Trust me it was my first experience with this brand which was below standard. poor service and no support.

I had ordered food from this restaurant and they delivered wrong order.. the person at the restaurant said .. what can I do if your order is wrong.. complain to Zomato… and Zomato people were like write a poor review

ordered Rajma chawal, quality was very less not even sufficient for 1 person
