Very poor experience overall. The Manchurian and Paneer Chilli arrived spilled, and the packaging was careless. The noodles did not look like what is expected from Haldiram at all — poor quality, unappetizing, and not freshly prepared. The fried rice was also badly made and far from acceptable standards. I am sharing pictures for reference to show the actual condition of the food delivered. When I raised this issue with Zomato, I was told they cannot do anything, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a customer-facing service. Overall, very bad experience with both food quality and customer support. Not expected from such reputed platforms and brands.

There was a time when Haldiram's could guarantee tasty food at a decent cost. Now things have changed drastically. The food is overpriced and tastes below-average. The staff is slow and indifferent. Throughout the day, almost 50% of the dishes are never available. And even staple dishes like Chhole Bhature don't taste well.

Absolutely third class outlet with stale sweets and sub standard snacks. We had Rotten Rasmali, tasteless Panner Tikka and ill prepared raj kachori. I can’t imagine that quality of any Haldiram outlet could be so poor. Haldiram’s management should come and eat here before the outlet blots their brand name.

Dont order from them..they send half of the quantity of order and never return the call for help.. also they dont even bother to return the money…very awful and frustrating experience i had

Ordered a grilled sandwich from here. The quality has really gone down. The sandwich barely had any filling with few cucumber and tomato slices and very little cheese. The sides were empty.

I would not recommend anybody to order from here…I ordered chole bhature from here but they forgot the bhature I called the restaurant but they refused to help and were very rude…

It is tarnishing the brand of haldiram's. Badam milk that I ordered tasted very different than other haldiram's. The bottle and seal was suspicious. Worst experience. Appears fraud!

food items are poorly packaged . dirty box. sweets are opened and box is not even sealed . sweets items are looking incomplete and in pieces as well
