2 march 9pm - The staff is v rude and unprofessional. Spoken to restaurant manager about it. There are two counters for sweet who give receipt before paying cash at billing counter. I asked two staff members for slip and they were doing other work. I waited for 10 min at sweet counter and they were putting on each other. Note- only few customers in restaurant. Then I went to billing counter and told the guy they are not giving slip. He shouted from there to give me receipt. Then I again went to sweet counter and they ignored again, made me wait for 5 more min. The staff thinks as if they are owner. Awful disgusting experience. I have spoken to manager and will write email to head in charge Deepak. I went to Bikanervala to purchase sweets for Holi who is much much better. HALDIRAM OWNERS JANAPURI West End need to get good staff and remove the receipt (slip) for sweet before billing. What is point of standing in sweet counter queue first and then billing????

आज कृष्णा जन्माष्टमी है,और मे आपका रोज का ग्राहक हुं और आपने मुझे आने नहीं दिया जबकि अन्दर पहले से लोग खाना खा रहे है मे सिर्फ 56 भोग की थाली लेने आया था खाना खाने नहीं अब मे कल से नहीं आऊगा जो सुरक्षा कर्मी मुझे देख कर दरवाज़ा खोल देता था उसने ही नहीं आने दिया बहुत ग़लत बात है

very very poor service. even no water glasses were available for almost 40 minutes. till the time I was in restaurant glasses was not there. also already the portion haldiram serves is very less despite that there staff was making additional cuts but half filing the plate bowls. cash counter was out of order causing long ques. absolutely miss management

They dont deserve any star. Highly unprofessional and third class service. Meagre amount of coconut chutney was given with dosa and their server refused to give additional chutney. Typical BANIYA attitude … customer tabhi tak hai jab tak paisa nahin diya hai … paisa de chuke na … ab jo mile thooso or niklo yahan se.

Never ever go to this Haldiram...Worst annoying staff...They took my payment but didn't give any food to me .. Their system doesn't work at time and Half of the food present at Menu doesn't even use to be available ... Don't go their

no service, no manners of staff and manager, ac is also not working, meagre quantity, high prices, no delivery service, they just shouting ur token number, wastage of time and money.
