I was very dissatisfied with the quantity of food served. The chole was so little. The Grilled sandwich was very dry and the filling inside it was very little. I didn't enjoy the food.

Really bad experience with the service here.. 1st time- went there to take sweets during Raksha Bandhan but in non rush hour timing, they almost took 50min to just pack pre made sweets, then they took another 30minutes to take the payment, as there was only one payment machine available/working. 2nd time- Today went on occasion of Karva Chauth with my wife and family to let the females of our family open up their fasts. Ordered a few items, all my family ate their own food, I ordered Rajma Rice for myself, they did not bring it until 80-90 min and then they said that its not available. And one of the waiters had guts to say that ab aapka pet to bhar hi gaya hoga😒🤷‍♂️😡😡 we somehow adjusted n I did not have anything there. PAY ATTENTION- stepped downstairs to see that a dog had died on their premises due to electric shock in water logged area in their premises and they were not even considerate enough to switch off the lights when I asked them to do so. Will try to add a video or photos, see mindfully. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO SHARE THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND BOYCOTT AT LEAST THIS FRANCHISE. PATHETIC SERVICE AND PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR & PATHETIC ATMOSPHERE & SURROUNDINGS!!

I visited with my family and ordered Tandoori platter, Paneer was smelling rotten bad smell and it was not able to consume the duty manager was found arrogant and unprofessional. after an argument rather reporting matter to supply inspector, he told that he will replace but even after delay of half an hour, he has not done so rather has not given any attention and roaming outside the restaurant Embracing moment for us as our family with kids were there. overall extremely bad experience about food and staff behaviour

This is one outlet that Haldiram should stop immediately in order to protect the brand image. This is , sorry for the strong words, supremely pathetic in all respects. No AC, minimal staff, stale food as there is hardly any footfall. Waste of rent, at the least.

I placed an order through Zomato but the delivery of this restaurant is horrible. Only delay messages are updated not the delivery schedule. I would never dare to place any order on this restaurant at least.
