Visited for dinner. Had paneer tikka, pav bhaji, executive thali and tikki chaat. Everything was amazing and the ambience was also very pleasant, better than other haldiram.

Recently visited this outlet of Haldiram that I always used to pass by in Gurgaon, the place has a huge seating capacity spread over 2 floors. The staff is cooperative and polite, they handle the extreme busy time with patience. The food quality if quite good and has a larger menu than other outlets, tried kadhai paneer combo, pasta and dahi puchka, all were very tasty. They have a variety of beverages, we tried chaach and cold coffee, both were fresh.

My breakfast sometimes looks like Haldiram's Chole Bhature which I order online. Delicious Kaale Chole with fluffy bhaturey and not to forget an amazing packing! Packing in fact takes most of the marks!! Downside being they're little expensive. Fills one up enough for 6 hours.

I was at Sahara Mall for some shopping and also to meet a friend here.  I visited Haldiram for some food so I ordered Raj Kachori was prepared in  10 minute. It was big and super yummy.

Was disappointed. Had ordered only Aloo Pyaaz Kulchaas. Hardly any stuffing and undercooked. Seemed unbelievable. My first bad experience with Haldiram. Hoping, the last too.

Surprisingly very disappointed with my experience at haldirams. Went there on a Sunday morning and the place was empty. Despite this, the staff seemed unable to manage the orders and customers well. The staff seems to have changed - all young people who seemed to be under training and inexperienced. Our order took too long and staff was not responsive. They couldn’t answer basic questions or help with basic issues with online ordering. Most of all, they really didn’t seem to care that the customers were struggling or not having a good experience. Doesn’t seem like the current staff will be able to handle peak loads. Not sure what happened to the earlier staff - I remember them being older, experienced and a whole lot more efficient. I hope the management looks into this because it would be a shame if they let this happen to this amazing brand with great quality food

Admit or not , Haldiram’s also following up mob mentality just like others . Earlier it used to best in chilli paneer with rice but now there is no difference between chinese street food n Haldiram’s. Good quality breaks all barriers.. but seems you people are not following up
