Sweets of haldiram is really delicious and pure. I am buying sweets from haldiram from many years and they always make there quality best of best and pure clean and hygiene… most important is that staff of haldiram is very respectful generous and kind especially Mr Pankanj in community centre, New friends colony, New Delhi 110025. He is very active kind and respectful staff of haldiram and i really appreciate his efforts.. because of him i always buy sweets from NEW FRIENDS COLONY branch because he always make me smile and happy by his great Service and kindness. I wish him successful journey in his life..

We celebrated our son’s birthday party here. The place is spacious, clean, staff are courteous and helpful. They really helped us throughout the party. Ayushi, Surjit and Sandeep Kumar and teak made sure our party went well. All our guests were impressed with the venue and food quality. Really recommend this place for kids party and gathering.

Surprised to see low rating. Went there on a weekend thinking it will be a mess. But the service was quick, food was good, ambience was positive and clean. Had Raj Kachori, Spl Dahi Bhalla, Masala Dosa, Manchurian with fried rice. Desserts: Moong Dal Halwa, Rasmalai, kulfi, cold coffee All the food was yum and nice presented in biodegradable recycle plates. My only recommendation would be to automate the token system so customers can view their token numbers rather than keep an ear open to staff calling out their order!!

Visited this outlet multiple times, and literally speaking their food is awesome. Must try: Chole Bhature, Rawa masala dosa and noodle Manchurian combo

Recently bought these sweets, but didn’t like the sweets at all. Also, the staff is not nice and courteous at all! Very rude and disrespectful. I ordered Dosa also to eat there. But the worse Dosa I have ever had. Disappointed

Requesting all the readers to think twice before visiting this outlet in New Friends Colony. So, Today i visited this place thinking it’s a normal outlet like all the other ones, but the security system in haldiram is utter waste bcaz there was a lady in the restaurant who was passing very mean comments for others guests in their premises but still no one in the management uttered a word for the safety of other guests infact they told us that this lady comes to the restaurant very often. But still rather than stopping her from entering the restaurant, they openly allow her to misbehave & disrespect the guests. I am really disappointed by visiting this outlet.

"I had a terrible experience at the Haldiram outlet in NFC community centre. The staff was extremely rude and showed no interest in customer handling. They made me feel unwelcome and unwanted. I was shocked by their behavior. It's disappointing to see a business with such a poor level of customer service. I hope the management takes notice and takes steps to improve their staff's behavior towards customers. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone

Front cashiers are extremely slow and unprofessional. Please hire educated and trained staff. Quality of your restaurant is going down the hill.
